As member and events manager, Perry Harlow provides logistics expertise and management assistance for clients, such as in-person and virtual fly-ins, annual meetings, and receptions. Perry comes to the Torrey Advisory Group from the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) Foundation. An Illinois native Perry has also served in internship roles with U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth, Illinois State Representative Dan Brady and the National Association of Agricultural Educators.

Perry has both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural education from Illinois State University. In his free time, he volunteers for Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) as the Director of Fundraising, Recruitment, and Programs.
