Olivia has passion and drive to implement change within the food, nutrition, and agriculture sector, starting when she had the opportunity to volunteer in food banks, providing assistance to individuals with navigating the application process for food assistance programs. Olivia carries this call to action forward by consistently confronting policy challenges executing successful strategies to help clients win, leading her to work on policy at both the federal and state levels, and across a variety of clientele from small businesses to multi-national corporations.
Before her role at Torrey Advisory Group, Olivia was the senior associate at Prism Group, handling food and agriculture policy across all 50 states, forming healthcare and workforce coalitions from the ground up, and advocating to get priorities for her clients in must-pass legislative vehicles. Throughout college, Olivia interned for Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman and graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in public health and a minor in economics.
