Grace Walker to Support the Firm’s Association Management Platform

WASHINGTON D.C. – Torrey Advisory Group (TAG), a boutique lobbying firm specializing in food, agriculture, and forestry issues, welcomes Grace Walker as its new Member and Events Manager. Walker will focus on providing support for meeting and event planning, along with handling the firm’s association management arm.
“At Torrey Advisory Group, we pride ourselves on being a firm that understands the complexities of the industry from production to processing to policy; and therefore, providing our clients with the services they need to make lasting a impact,” said firm principal Michael Torrey. “We’re excited to have Grace join our team as her addition will strengthen the firm’s capabilities in providing clients with effective association management services.”
Walker comes to TAG from a special events firm where she provided support around event management planning and client services. Prior to that, Walker was the Regional Culture & Events Lead and Office Administrator for a realty corporation.
“I am excited about joining the Torrey Advisory Group where I can help expand their support services around association management and event planning,” Walker said. “I appreciate the firm’s focus on providing quality high-touch, high-impact service for their clients in the food and agriculture industry.”
Walker has an undergraduate degree in journalism with minors in political science and legal studies from the University of Oregon. As a fun fact, she has over 18 years of equestrian experience in riding hunter/jumpers competitively, including at the University of Oregon and on the professional circuit.
