WASHINGTON, D.C. – Torrey Advisory Group (TAG), a boutique lobbying firm specializing in food, agriculture, and forestry issues, welcomes Eden Lambert, a Texas native, to the team. Lambert will be part of the policy team where she will focus on the firms’ commodities, animal agriculture, credit and crop insurance clients.
“We’re excited to have Eden join the team” said firm principal Michael Torrey. “Eden’s academic background and specialized knowledge in agricultural economics will make her an invaluable asset to the firm.”
Prior to joining TAG, Lambert was a graduate research assistant at the Agricultural and Food Policy Center at Texas A&M University where she dedicated her research to understanding how policy affected the affordability of various crop insurance options for producers. Lambert also spent some time in D.C. as an intern for the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives.
Lambert earned both her Bachelor’s and Master of Science in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University in College Station. She currently resides in Capitol Hill where she spends almost all her free time walking her dog, Juni.
