Caroline serves as the policy coordinator for Torrey Advisory Group, where she provides policy, communications, and administrative support for the lobbying team. A Florida native, Caroline joined the team in September 2021 as the Policy Intern. Prior to her time at the firm, she interned in the U.S. House of Representatives, supporting her hometown district in Southwest Florida.

Caroline received her Master of Public Policy degree from American University with a concentration in science, technology, and environmental policy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in food and resource economics with a minor in food and natural resource law from the University of Florida.
