During her time as policy coordinator at Torrey Advisory Group, Caroline earned her Master of Public Policy degree from American University with a concentration in science, technology, and environmental policy. A Florida native, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in food and resource economics with a minor in food and natural resource law.
