Bio

Cassandra Kuball serves the role of vice president, providing guidance and representation to clients on a variety of agriculture and food policy issues. Cassandra came to the firm with an extensive background in food and agriculture policy advocacy.

Before joining the Torrey Advisory Group, Cassandra was a vice president of public affairs at Edelman, where she provided counsel to the firm’s clients in the commodities, supply chain, agribusiness and global trade sectors. Prior to that role, she led successful industry-wide coalitions and directed association programs on international trade and biotechnology at the Corn Refiners Association. Cassandra has an extensive background in food and ag trade policy advocacy, having started her career working with the U.S. dairy checkoff program and more recently, having led the U.S. Food & Agriculture Dialogue for Trade, a coalition of over 200 food and agriculture organizations, through the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (now the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement).

Cassandra received her Master of Arts degree in international commerce and policy from the George Mason University School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Cassandra grew-up on a dairy farm in southern Minnesota and was a member of 4-H, the National FFA Organization and Agriculture Future of America. She currently serves as the co-chair of the Agriculture, Energy & Environment programming section of the Women in International Trade (WIIT) DC Chapter.
