Tracy serves as the director of operations for Torrey Advisory Group where she provides expertise in human resources and business operations. Prior to joining the firm, Tracy served as the chief people officer and director of boards and office operations at the International Dairy Foods Association for 35 years. She created and managed the association’s people strategy programs/meetings as well as managed the association’s four boards of directors and meetings.

A Maryland native, Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Towson State University.
